Opinión: MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural

Como va la semana??

Hay algún producto que uséis cada día de entre todos vuestros productos de maquillaje? Yo sí tengo uno y se trata de mi MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural en el tono Medium Dark. Lo uso cada día.

Primero de todo tengo que decir que mi tipo de piel es grasa, pero este producto no son unos polvos matificantes. Son polvos para el acabado y para fijar el maquillaje, pero no van a hacer nada para eliminar los brillos de la piel.

Siempre uso productos libres de aceites en mi cuidado facial, o maquillaje... para evitar brillos.

Bien... volviendo a los polvos MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural, los utilizo para fijar mi base de maquillaje, la BB cream o la CC cream. Los uso en vez de polvos matificantes (aunque hay días que cuando mi piel está muy grasa, necesitaría los polvos matificantes más que los Mineralize Skinfinish), pero es que estos dejan buen aspecto en mi piel y no dejan sensación de tener una masa de producto en la piel. No son polvos translúcidos así que dan un toque de color y cubren un poquito también.

Este color se complementa bien con mi tono de piel y hace que luzca bonita y natural. Cuando los uso, mi piel se ve mucho mejor y parece que me haya esforzado en aplicar mi maquillaje. 

Mi tono es el Medium Dark, pero se que hay algún otro tono que también me quedaría bien. Como referencia, mi tono en MAC es el NC30 y se que el tono Medium tambien queda bien en mi piel.

Este producto cuesta 27,50€. Es caro pero dura mucho y personalmente, creo que vale la pena. Aún no he encontrado ningún otro producto que se pueda comparar a éste, que sea un buen duplicado, pero tengo la duda de si los polvos de Hourglass Ambient funcionan igual, mejor o peor que estos. Si alguen los ha podido comparar, hacédmelo saber, ok??

Seguro que volveré a comprar estos polvos cuando se me terminen. Pero la verdad sea dicha, me van a durar un montón aún! Como mínimo un año!! jeje...

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural Review

Is there any product you use each and everyday among all your makeup? I do have one, and this product is my MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Medium Dark. I use it everyday. 

First let me say that I do have oily skin and this product is not a mattifying powder. It's a finishing powder to set your makeup but it won't do anything for your oilyness or shine.

I always use oil-free products on my skincare regimen, foundations... to avoid shine on my skin. 

So, back to the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish, I use it to set my foundation, BB cream or CC cream. I use this instead of mattifying powder because it does not look cakey, and since it's not transluscent, it gives some coverage (light coverage). It matches my skin tone and looks natural but polished. When I use it, my skin looks better and it looks like I made an effort doing my makeup. 

My shade is Medium Dark, but i do think that there are a few shades that might look good on me too. I'm an NC30 and the shade Medium would work on this skintone.

It costes 27,50€ (32$ in the States).It's pricey but it lasts for a long time and I really think it's worth it. I don't know any other product that I could compare to this as a good dupe and I'm really pleased with it. I really have the doubt if the Hourglass Ambient powders would be similar to that, better or worse. If anyone has compared them, please, LMK.

I'll be repurchasing this again when I finish mine. And truth be told, it will last me for another year at least, or so I think.

Diadermine Limpiador desmaquillante en gel Alta Tolerancia

Uno de los pasos más importantes cuando te maquillas es quitarse bien el maquillaje. 

Tengo algunas amigas que pasan de quitárselo cuando se van a dormir y yo siempre pensaba "¿Pero como pueden no quitarse el maquillaje? Si yo hiciera esto, me levantaría con la cara llena de granos y puntos negros!" Así que éste es un paso importantísimo para mi.

Uno de los productos que he estado comprado sin parar durante los últimos 7 u 8 meses es el desmaquillante de Diadermine, de la gama de productos de alta tolerancia. Ahora mismo parece ser que este producto va a dejar de fabricarse ya que lo han retirado de algunas páginas web, como la oficial. Podéis ver la web alemana aquí aunque sí sigue vigente en la gama de productos española. Podéis verlo aquí.

Diadermine es una marca que está dentro de los productos y marcas de la casa Henkel. Han desarrolado los productos de Alta tolerancia para pieles sensibles. Estos productos contienen 0% parabenos, siliconas o perfumes.

Lo que me gusta de este producto es que tiene un dispensador. Es muy conveniente y va bien a la hora de sacar el producto facilmente. Funciona exactamente igual que las aguas desmaquillantes, pero su textura es más gelatinosa. Su textura es lo que más me gusta de este producto.

El gel desmaquillante es un producto transparente y aunque no lleva perfumes, sí desprende un suave olor a rosas.

Yo lo aplico por toda la piel de mi cara y cuello con un disco de algodón.Retira todo el rastro de maquillaje de cara, labios y ojos (es suficientemente suave como para usarlo en los ojos), excepto si uso máscara de pestañas resistente al agua. En ese caso, necesito algo más fuerte. Tambien lo utilizo para retirar ligeramente el maquillaje el día que utilizo una base más cubriente. Después continuo con mi Clarisonic para acabar de limpiar bien la piel. De no hacerlo así, quedan rastros de productos y luego me salen granitos.

Es un producto que limpia bastante bien la piel y no la irrita. Por eso me gusta.

Pregunta: ¿Compararía este producto con el agua mincelar Bioderma Sensibio H2O? NO, porqué Bioderma es mucho mejor, y no hay tanta diferencia de precio entre uno y otro. La botella de Bioderma es de 500ml. y cuesta alrededor de 16€. La botella de Diadermine es de 200ml y cuesta alrededor de 6€. No hay tanta diferencia de precio, verdad?

Como no estoy muy segura de si este producto se va a dejar de fabricar o no, y Bioderma es mejor para mi gusto, creo que esta será la última botella de Diadermine que compraré y voy a seguir utilizando el de Bioderma de ahora en adelante.

DIADERMINE High Tolerance Gel Makeup Remover Review

One of the most important steps in every beauty routine is how you remove your makeup. I have some friends that used to skip this step and I used to think "How can they skip this? If I did that, I would get blemishes and cloged pores all over my skin!!" So this is one think I cannot neglect. 

One of the products I've been buying non stop for the last 7 - 8 months is the Diadermine High Tolerance gel Makeup Remover. I'm not really sure if this product will be discontinued or not in the near future. I'm not able to find this product on their official website here.

Diadermine is a brand from Henkel. They developed a range of products with High Tolerance for sensitive skin. It has 0% parabens, silicone or perfume.

What I like about this product is the bottle and the pump. It's very convenient and helps you get the product easily. It works just like a mincellair water, but it's thicker. That's what I like the most about this product.

The cleansing gel is transparent and even though it has no added perfume, I do find that it has a subtle roses smell. 

I apply it with a cotton pad all over my face and neck. It removes all traces of makeup on your face, lips and eyes (it's gentle enough to use it in the eye area), except when it's waterproof mascara, then, I need to use something stronger to remove it. I also find that if I wear heavy makeup, it's hard for it to do the job. That's why I use it on my regular everyday light makeup.

It leaves skin clean and it does not irritate it. That's why I like it. 

When I use heavy makeup (high coverage foundation) I use this product to remove most of it and then, when I find that most of it it's been removed, I use my Clarisonic to clean my skin thoroghly.

Question: would I compare that to the Bioderma Sensibio H2O? NO. I do find the Bioderma does a better job, but the price these two products is almost the same, either. The 500ml of the Bioderma water is almost 16€ and the Diadermine is 200ml and costs about 6€. There is not that much of a difference, right?

Since I don't know if this product will or won't be discontinued, I guess I'll end up using the Bioderma one instead of this.

NATURAL BEAUTY: Aceite de Monoï

Me gustaría presentaros un producto de belleza natural: El aceite de Monoï.

El aceite de Monoï es aceite de coco infusionado con Tahitian gardenias, conocidas como flores de Tiaré. Este producto se ha utilizado durante años en las islas de la Polinesia. Deja el cabello y la piel suaves. Es un buen hidratante después de tomar el sol o después de la ducha.

Para evitar imitaciones o aceites de base sintética, el autentico aceite de Monoï se ha protegido desde 1992 con la Appellation of Origin (una denominación de origen), y debe contener almenos un 33% auténtico de aceite de Monoï para que pueda ser considerado Monoï verdadero.

El aceite que yo utilizo es de la marca Soleil des îles. Es el que encuentro yo en El Corte Inglés. De momento no he encontrado este producto en ningún otro sitio, pero es divino. La botella cuesta alrededor de 6€ y contiene 125ml.

El aceite de Monoï se solidifica a temperaturas que están por debajo de los 25ºC. Como se ve en la foto, el aceite está sólido. Cuando está en forma líquida, el color es de un amarillo pálido.

Yo lo uso después de la ducha para hidratar mi piel i también como aftersun. Es un producto que va genial para el pelo si lo usas como mascarilla. Lo aplico durante 30 minutos, y después limpio mi pelo de forma normal. Solo se necesita una pequeña cantidad de producto, tenedlo en cuenta cuando lo uséis.

Es un buen aceite de masaje. Se puede mezclar con cera de abeja o vaselina para hacer un bálsamo para la piel, los labios agrietados o para las ampollas de los pies.

Algunos de los productos de esta gamma contienen factor de protección solar y pueden usarse para tomar el sol. Este producto en concreto, no. Aquí os dejo el link de la página oficial "Véritable Monoï" SPF 0. 

Lo que menos me gusta de mi producto en concreto es el formato. La botella es un inconveniente cuando el producto se ha solidificado. Cuando eso pasa, tienes que ponerlo en algún lugar calentito para que se licue de nuevo. Yo lo pongo en el microondas un par de segundos (voy controlándolo. Literalmente, 2 segundos cada vez. No se debe dejar hervir para evitar que pierda propiedades) o sobre un radiador en invierno o debajo de la ducha.

Natural Beauty: Monoï Oil

I would like to introduce you a natural beauty product: Monoï Oil.

Monoï oil is coconut oil infused with Tahitian gardenias aka Tiaré flowers. This product has been used over the years in many polynesian islands. It softens hair and skin and it's a very good moisturizer after the sun exposure or after the shower.

To avoid imitations or sinthetic based monoi oil Authentic Monoï oil has been protected since 1992 by the Appellation of Origin, and it has to contain at least a 33% authentic Monoï Oil to be considered as true Monoï. 

The one I use is the one from Soleil des îles. It's the one I happened to found. It's not an easy product to come by, but it's devine. This bottle is about 6€ and contains 125ml.

Monoï Oil gets solid at temperatures bellow 25ªC. As you can see in the picture, it marks where the oil is. When I took that picture, it was solid. When in liquid form, it's color is a very pale yellow shade. 

I use it on my body after the shower to moisturize my skin and also as an aftersun. It's a good product for the hair, also. I like to apply it like a hairmask for 30 minutes, and then wash my hair as usual. A small amount is enough, keep that in mind when using it.

It's a wonderful massage oil. Can be mixed with beewax or vaseline to create a balm for soothing skin, lips or to make an anti-blister balm. 

Some of the products of this range contain SPF and can be used as sunscreen, but not this one. This is the "Véritable Monoï" SPF 0. 

The worst thing about this product (the one that I have) is the bottle. It's not convenient when it gets solid. I have to put it somewhere warm or under the shower so that it gets liquid and can be used.

Corrector Erase Paste de Benefit

No soy una de esas chicas sin imperfecciones en la piel. Tengo granitos, ojeras, poros dilatados... así que pruebo productos que los escondan, en busca de cual me funciona mejor. Por eso hace unos meses me compré el corrector de  Benefit Erase Paste.

Es un corrector en crema que hace maravillas con las ojeras. Las ojeras se han ido!!

Que es este producto?  Este producto es un corrector que esconde las imperfecciones que puedan aparecer. Es de color salmón y está disponible en 3 tonos distintos. Yo utilizo el tono número 2. 

Viene en un tarrito pequeño y una espátula. Digo un tarrito porqué el tarro solo contiene 4.4g de producto. Comparado con otros correctores, este es muy caro por la cantidad de producto que viene. Siendo honesta, este producto es una maravilla con las ojeras, pero con el resto de imperfecciones... no tanto.

Como tiene ese tono asalmonado, corrije muy bien la zona de las ojeras. Se puede aplicar directamente con la espátula y difuminarlo con las yemas de los dedos, o con una brocha.

Yo aplico primero mi base de maquillaje con mi brocha de Zoeva 142 concealer buffer brush.  De esa forma me aseguro que los dos productos se difuminen bien uno con otro. Si utilizo primero el corrector y después la base, no se difuminan bien y a demás al cabo de un rato es como si se deshiciera, especialmente si mi crema de ojos es demasiado emoliente.

No me gusta este producto para tapar granitos. El color es demasiado asalmonado y mi piel no queda natural, así que no lo uso para eso.

Lo peor es el precio, y aun que no se necesita mucha cantidad de producto para esconder las ojeras, creo que este corrector es demasiado caro. Intentaré encontrar algun otro producto para substituirlo. Si alguien sabe de algún buen substituto, por favor, hacédmelo saber.

Benefit Erase Paste Concealer

I'm not one of those lucky girls without imperfections on their skin. I have blemishes, dark under eyes, large pores... so I try everything I'm told to hide them. That's why I tried Benefit Erase Paste.

This is a creamy concealer that works wonders on my under eye marks. Those dark circles are gone! 

What is this product? This product is concieved as a concealer that will hide all the imperfections you might have on your face. It's a salmony concealer available in 3 different shades. I have shade number 2. It comes in a small pot with a small spatula. I say a small pot because it only contains 4.4g. of product. Compared to other concealers, this one is quite expensive. But to be honest, it works wonders under the eyes.

Since it have those salmon tones, it corrects beautifuly the under eye area, hiding those dark blue ugly marks. Can be applyed directly over the skin with the spatula and then blend with your fingers, or you can use a brush.

I apply the product after my foundation with a Zoeva 142 concealer buffer brush.  This way I can make sure both products blend well. If I use the concealer first, sometimes it's harder to blend, or it migrates if my eyecream is too emolient.

I don't like how this product hides blemishes. The color does look too salmon on my skin when I try to cover them. It does not look like natural skin, so I don't use it for this purpose.

The worst thing about this product is the price, and although you don't really need a big quantity of product to hide dark undereyes, I think it's too pricy for what it is. I'll try to find something else to compete with this product. If anyone knows any good dupe, please, let me know.

Mascarilla facial de Algas y Arcilla Iónica

Os gustan las mascarillas faciales? Yo ahora estoy probando la Mascarilla facial de Algas y Arcilla Iónica de The Body Shop. Es una mascarilla a base de algas para la piel mixta y grasa. Personalmente creo que es mejor para piel grasa que mixta, pero es solo mi opinión.

Viene en un tarro de 100ml y cuesta 20€ (tanto en la tienda como si la compras online). The Body Shop solía tener unos sobrecitos individuales por 6€ para que la pudieras probar en casa antes comprar el bote entero.

Esta mascarilla tiene un color gris y deja un olor a menta. Contiene kaolina, arcilla y alga marina fucus vesiculosus de Irlanda. Esta mascarilla va bien para limpiar las impurezas de la piel, tiene propiedades clarificantes y es refrescante.

Me aplico esta mascarilla después de limpiar mi piel con el Clarisonic. Después, la mascarilla. Se que mucha gente utiliza su manos y dedos para aplicarse las mascarillas, pero yo prefiero utilizar mi brocha para el maquillaje F60 de Sigma para aplicarla, de esa forma se reparte mejor y puedo aplicar una capa bien fina. Después se deja unos 10 minutos. No es recomendable dejarla más tiempo porqué puede causar irritación en la piel. Tambien he comprobado que si aplico una capa demasiado fina, es como no aplicar nada.

Cuando te la pones en la cara se pueden ver y notar las partículas de alga. Es una mascarilla muy fresca al principio, pero al cavo de un par de minutos pica un poquito, pero solo la zona donde tengo la piel más sensible, en mi caso, el área que queda entre la mejilla y la nariz, donde actualmente tengo la piel un poco sensible. En el resto de cara deja una sensación fresca y agradable.

La mascarilla debería secase pasados los 10 minutos, pero como se aprecia en la foto anterior, algunas zonas aún no se han secado. Así que yo la dejo puesta un poco más hasta que se sequen del todo, siempre y cuando no me pique demasiado la piel. 

El último paso es aclarar. Con agua fría, templada o caliente, esto ya cada uno a su gusto.

Esta mascarilla realmente te hace sentir la piel limpia, pero no veo ninguna diferencia en cuanto al tamaño de mis poros e imperfecciones. También deja la piel seca y tirante, así que se debe combinar con una buena crema hidratante.

The Body Shop recomienda un par de veces por semana, yo la utilizo 1 vez por semana o cada dos semanas, la verdad, pero el uso regular de esta mascarilla junto con el resto de productos de la gamma Seaweed (algas) ayudan a dejar la piel más limpia, controlan el exceso de sebo y te mantienen mates durante más tiempo. Esta máscara, sin los otros productos (u otros productos diferentes destinados a conseguir los mismos resultados) no da tan buenos resultados.

En general es una buena mascarilla. Buena calidad, buen precio y buenos resultados. A demás, la cantidad de producto que viene en el tarro es muy adecuada.

Encontré este pin en Pinterest que dice que esta mascarilla es un buen substituto para la mascarilla Glamglow Supermud que ahora se está poniendo tan de moda. Pronto voy a probarla y voy a compararlas, a ver si es verdad.

The Body Shop Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask Review

Do you like face masks? Right now I'm trying this Seaweed Ionic Clay face mask by The Body Shop. It's an algae clay face mask for oily to combination skin. I personaly think that it's better for oily skin types than combo, but that's just my opinion.

It comes in a 100ml (5.0 oz) jar that costs 20€ and The Body Shop also used to have individual sachets for about 6€ so thay you could try it first at home without buying the fullsize product.  

This mask has a grey color and a minty scent. It contains kaolin, heilmoor clay and bladderwrack seaweed from Ireland. This mask is good to take impurities out of your skin, it has clarifying properties and it's very refreshing. 

I apply this mask after my cleansing routine with my Clarisonic. Then, the mask. I know most people apply facemasks with their fingers, but I preffer to use my Sigma foundation brush (F60) to apply it evenly and spread a thin layer of product on my face. Then, it just has to stay put up to 10 minutes. It's not recommended to leave it on longer because it might cause skin irritation. I do find that if I apply a too thin layer, it's like not applying anything on your face.

When I apply it, I can see the small seewead particles. It feels fresh at first, but after a couple of minutes on it feels itchy only on the parts of my face that are more sensitive. I feel this itchiness on the area between my nose and the apple of my cheeks. It feels nice on the rest of my face, though.

It should get dry after those 10 minutes, but as you can see in the previous picturer, some areas are dry and some are still wet. If after 10 minutes it's not dry, I leave it on for a little bit more, as long as it does not feel to itchy. 

The last step is only to rinse it thoroughly with water. Cold, warm or hot, it's up to you.

I find that this mask really makes my skin feel clearer, but I see no difference in the size of my pores and other imperfections I have. After the mask my skin feels tight and dry, so a good moisturizer is required. 

The regular use of this mask combined with the rest of the products of the Seaweed range by The Body Shop are suposed to clear your skin, and control excess oil and keep you matte. This mask alone without the other products (or other products designed to achieve these same results) will not give you such good results. 

Over all it's a good face mask. Good quality, good price and nice results. The amount of product you get is also nice. 

I've found this pin on Pinterest that this is also a good dupe for the Glamglow Supermud mask. I'll try this soon and write a review about that one, and also make some comparison of the two.

Colorete Fine One One de Benefit

Compré este colorete sin pensar. Me gustó la idea de producto que tenía. Me pareció un producto nuevo muy guai (guay?? o ya no se usa esa expresión??) que Benefit ha desarrollado y tuve curiosidad.

Estaba en un stand de Benefit en Barcelona, en El Corte Inglés. Solo estaba mirando sus productos. Mi idea, aquel día, era no comprar nada que no necesitase. Pero presté atención a mi cerebro. Claro que necesitaba un colorete nuevo... todas necesitamos coloretes nuevos, verdad?? jajaja

Tengo una relación de amor-odio con este colorete, dejadme que me explique...

Benefit Cosmetics ha creado un producto nuevo que consiste en iluminador+colorete+contorno. Podéis encontrar el link de su página oficial aquí.  

Este producto es un colorete en stick, como los desodorantes. El packaging del producto te viene en una cajita romboide muy chula (que ya tiré y no os puedo enseñar), y el producto en sí, tiene el mismo formato que un desodorante en color oro rosado, y como es en stick, es fácil de transportar (en el bolso, neceser, maleta...) y fácil de aplicar. Lo puedes aplicar directamente y difuminarlo con los dedos y lista!!! Aunque también puede ser aplicado y difuminado con una brocha sintética si no quieres ensuciarte los dedos. A demás es más higiénico con una brocha que aplicarlo directamente sobre la mejilla.

El producto contiene 3 colores distintos: un rosa claro y pálido que es el iluminador, un rosa coral fuerte para dar color a las mejillas y un color naranja que da color y ayuda a contornear el rostro. Solo se tiene que difuminar un poco, y ya está.

Los colores son bastante bonitos si los "swatcheas" (álguien se inventó esta palabra, ya la he leído en muchos blogs, así que yo también la utilizo. Si alguien tiene algún otro sinónimo que pueda usar, no dudéis en hacérmelo saber, por favor). En la próxima foto se puede ver como quedan los colores cuando no están difuminados.

El rosa pálido para iluminar es bonito y cuando se difumina queda bien en todo tipo de pieles. (Como referencia, mi tono de piel es NC30 en nomenclatura de MAC). Se puede aplicar este color sólo, sin los otros, lo difuminas y queda precioso. A demás luego puedes aplicar otros coloretes si quieres, no se tiene por que usar los otros dos colores.

El color rosa coral de el medio es mi preferido de los tres. Tengo tendencia a buscar siempre este tipo de rosas cuando busco coloretes, así que no había ninguna sorpresa a la hora de saber que me gustaría este color. 

El último color es el naranja. Solo también si se utiliza solo, pero PRECIOSO cuando se mezcla con el rosa! De echo, al mezclar los dos colores queda una combinación en tonos coral encantadora que me encanta.

Pero aquí acaban las cosas que me gustan del colorete Fine One One de Benefit.

Hay unas cuantas cosas que no me gustan de este producto. Reconozco que algunas están condicionadas por mi tipo de piel, así que si no tenéis la piel grasa, puede que estos inconvenientes no sean inconvenientes para vosotras. Aquí os dejo las cosas que no me gustan de este producto:

• El precio: Cuesta alrededor de 30€ tanto en el Sephora como en El Corte Inglés.
• Cuando se difumina, pierde pigmentación.
• Tengo la piel oleosa, y tengo que aplicarle un producto en polvo para que me dure más, si no lo aplico, éste colorete solo dura como máximo un par de horas.
• Duración: En cuanto mi piel se pone más grasa, el color empieza a difuminarse y a irse. Si le aplico un colorete en polvo encima, este producto desaparece y solo queda constancia (por así decirlo) del colorete en polvo. Si le aplico unos polvos matificantes, aunque sean translúcidos, el color, de alguna forma, el Fine One One pierde pigmentación, y si decides aplicarle más producto para que se mantenga la pigmentación, mi piel reacciona quedando más grasa aún.

Creo que hay más cosas negativas de este producto que cosas positivas. No es un mal colorete, pero no voy a volver a comprarlo cuando se me acabe (si es que se me acaba). Quizá deba dárselo a alguien con la piel más seca que la mía y a ver si les funciona mejor que a mi con mi tipo de piel.

Fine One One Blush by Benefit Review

I bought this blush without thinking. I liked the idea behind it. I found it to be a cool new product by benefit and I was curious about it.

I was at a Benefit counter in Barcelona and I was just looking at their products. My idea that day was not to buy anything unless I really needed it. But I paid no attention to my mind. Of course I needed a new blush... we all do, right?? ;)

I have a love-hate feeling with this product. Let me explain...

Benefit Cosmetics came out with a new idea of highlight+blush+contour. You can find a link to their website here. This is a stick blush. Comes in a nice rosegold packaging and since it's a stic, it's easy to carry around and apply. And you can blend it with your fingers and you're good to go.

The product has 3 different shades: a pale light pink to highlight, a hot coral pink to give color to your cheeks and an orange shade that gives color and helps you contour your face. You only have to blend them a little bit and you're done.

The colors look quite nice when you swatch them. In the next picture you can see how they look when they are not blended. 

The pale pink highlight is nice and once blended looks great on my NC30 skin tone. You can dab a little bit of it with your fingers and then apply it on its own. So beautiful.

The middle coral hot pink is nice. I tend to gravitate toward these pinks when I look for blushes, so no surprice there. Of course i like this blush.

The last shade is a nice orange shade. Pretty on its own too, and pretty when blended in with the pink. 

Actually, when you blend the orange and the pink you end up with a gorgeous coral shade that I love!

But here ends what I like.

There are a few thinks that I dislike about this blush. Starting with the price and ending with the staying power.

• Price: It's about 30€ at Sephora. 
• When blended, it really looses its pigmentations.
• I have oily skin, and when I apply it without a powder product on top, my cheeks end up looking oily in a couple of hours, wich leads me to the next point,
• Staying power: As soon as it starts getting oily, the color fades away, and in less than 4 hours there's no blush on my face. 
• If I apply a powder product on top the original color of this blush disappears. If I apply a powder blush, the color you will see in my face is the one from the powder blush. This Benefit Fine One One does not show and does not leave any trace that it's been there. And if I apply a mattifying powder, the color of the Fine One One looses even more picmentation, but if you apply too much of it to keep the pigmentation you want, then it even gets more oily.

I think there are more things I don't like about this blush than the ones I do like... It's not a bad product, I will not repurchase it when I finish it (if I ever finish it). Maybe I'll give it to someone with dryer skin than mine, and see if that blush works better on other skin types.

Base de maquillaje Rimmel Match Perfection

Esta es la primera vez que una base de maquillaje de las asequibles tiene un color que coincide bien con mi tono de piel. Estoy contenta!! Y me gusta el precio también!! Solo cuesta 4 o 5 euros.

Compré esta base de maquillaje el pasado mes de octubre, y desde entonces ha sido mi base de maquillaje diaria para estos meses de invierno. Ahora, con el cambio de tiempo, mi piel está cambiando y ya no queda tan bien como quedaba antes. Tengo la piel grasa y ahora aparecen más brillos.

La botella dice que es una base de maquillaje perfeccionadora ligera y radiante. La textura es liquida y ofrece una cobertura entre ligera y media. Eso es lo que yo estaba buscando para diario en mi base de maquillaje. Y me encanta que se ajuste bien a mi tono de piel. Lo iguala y tapa ligeramente los granitos, pero tiene un acabado agradable. Solo dura unas cuantas horas, no dura todo el día.

La botella contiene 30ml. de producto, cosa muy normal en muchas bases de maquillaje. Tiene un dispensador, cosa muy conveniente.

Mi color es el #200 Soft Beige y mi corrector es el Maybelline Fit me concealer #20. Cuando los aplico conjuntamente quedan muy bien. La base de maquillaje tarda un poquito en asentarse y secarse, cosa que me permite difuminar bien la base y el corrector. Tiene tonos amarillos y cubre muy bien las rojeces. Después, mi siguente paso es aplicar polvos para matificar mi piel, y ya está.

Esta base no es muy duradera on mi piel grasa. Dura de 3 a 4 horas. No la recomiendo como mejor base de maquillaje ni cuando se requiere que el maquillaje tenga larga duración. Si le aplico primero una prebase, durará un par de horitas más como mucho, y por supuesto, si necesito maquillaje de alta duración, no la uso!!!

Tengo sentimientos opuestos al respecto de esta base, y con el cambio de tiempo, con temperaturas más altas y días más soleados, mi piel acepta mejor las BB creams y CC creams, así que he dejado de usar ésta base de maquillaje. He cambiado mi rutina sin ni siquiera darme cuenta, así que no se si volveré a comprar esta base de maquillaje cuando la mía se acabe.

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation Review

It's the first time that a drugstore foundation REALLY matches my skin tone!! I'm happy with that! And I'm happy with the price too!!

 I got this foundation in Octover and ever since, it has been my go to foundation for the whole winter months. Now with the good weather I start finding that my skin is changing and is not as good on my face as it used to be.

As the bottle states, this is a Light Perfecting Radiance Foundation. It's a light texture liquid foundation that ofers light to medium coverage. That's what I was looking for in my everyday foundation. I love that it matches my skin tone very well and evens out all my skin. It covers blemishes lightly, but over all, it's a nice finish for me. And I just need it to last for a few hours only. 

The bottle contains 30ml. of product, that's pretty normal for a foundation, and it comes with a pump. I like pumps because I think they are more convenient for sanitary reasons, even though I don't share my foundation with nobody else. 

My shade is #200 Soft Beige and I pair it with my Maybelline Fit me concealer #20 and my skin looks radiant. It takes a little while to set in my skin, but this makes it easy for me to blend both, concealer and foundation. It has yellow undertones and covers any redness you might have. My next step, then, is brush some setting powder on top to mattify the skin.

This foundation is not very long lasting on my oily skin, but it lasts on me for about 3 or 4 hours. I would not recommend this as an HD foundation or if very long lasting makeup is required. If I apply primer it lasts up to a couple more hours. When I want long lasting makeup I don't use this foundation.

I have opposed feelings about this foundation, and since the weather has started to be warmer, with sunny days, I find that my skin reacts better with CC creams and BB creams, so I'm not reaching this foundation anymore on a daily bases. I have changed my routine without realizing it, so, when I finish my bottle, I don't know if I'll buy it again.

Kit de dermabrasión Timewise de Mary Kay

Habeis probado alguna vez un exfoliante para la cara? Os ha gustado? Si la respuesta a estas preguntas es que SÍ, entonces probablemente os guste este producto.

Primero de todo, no es un exfoliante cualquiera. Es un quit de dermabrasión. Este producto es un sistema que utiliza dos pasos y limpia la piel de impurezas de forma más eficiente que otros exfoliantes. También mejora su condición. Es caro, cuesta alrededor de 50€. Yo obtuve mi kit como regalo, sinó, yo no me lo habría comprado.

Así que el kit contiene dos productos. El primer paso viene en un tubo con un producto para refinar el rostro. Se necesita una cantidad muy pequeña. Yo uso menos del tamaño de un guisante.

El producto es cremoso y contiene microgránulos que exfolian suavemente y eliminan las células muertas, destapan los poros y refinan la textura de la piel. Se tiene que aplicar en movimientos circulares por toda la cara. Alguna vez lo he aplicado con mi Clarisonic Mia, pero la mayoría de las veces lo aplico con los dedos. Me gusta aplicarlo mientras estoy en la ducha y con la cara mojada y los poros abiertos. Me parece que así los destapa mejor. Masajeo el producto durante un minuto aproximadamente. No necesitas más tiempo que éste.

Después solo se tiene que enjuagar bien y seguir con el paso 2: rellenar. En este punto, solo tienes que aplicar el producto que viene en un tubo con un dosificador. Una dosis es suficiente para toda la cara. Este producto tiene textura ligera y sirve para calmar la piel después de exfoliarla. No es una crema hidratante. No se debe utilizar como hidratante. La emulsión calma la piel y pasados unos minutos,cuando la piel ya lo ha absorbido, se debe aplicar la hidratante habitual.

Que se siente al usar este kit? Al principio me parecía que mi piel estaba diferente y mejor, pero la verdad, como uso de forma regular el Clarisonic Mia, no veo la necesidad de usar este kit. Sí que como he dicho a veces los convino, pero para ser sincera, es para terminar el producto. Pienso que el Clarisonic ya hace un buen trabajo por si solo y este kit deja de ser necesario para mi.

Volvería a comprarlo cuando se me acabe? No, no me parece que lo necesite, pero solo porque utilizo el Clarisonic diariamente y no necesito el kit de dermabrasión. Lo recomendaría a otra gente? Sí, siempre que no utilizen el Clarisonic, porqué el producto en sí hace un buen trabajo, por así decirlo, utilizándolo una o dos veces por semana. Ese  tiempo es suficiente para experimentar un cambio a mejor en la piel facial.
